WE NEED PROPERTIES. Do you have properties under contract? We are only looking for properties that wholesalers have under contract nationwide. Does not matter where. If you are open to a JV Partnership, then we can market it to our serious buyers. Let's Network. We have an extensive list of Cash Buyers throughout the U.S. who may be interested in the type of property that you have under contract. Therefore, if you are looking to potentially flip a property very quickly, let's partner up and do some deals together. We usually take 40% or less depending on the deal. Take a look at our requirements below.  

Here's what we're looking for:

1. You must be the one who has the property under contract, Direct to Seller, or be a Partner to Wholesaler. No Daisy Chains With Fee On Top Please. 

2. You must be willing to sign a Partnership Agreement or a Flex Option Contract. It is very easy to do. If we do not have equitable interested in a property, we will not market it to anyone. 

3. The property cannot be going for less elsewhere like MLS,  Zillow, or anywhere else Online. There are some who promote properties that are listed for less on the MLS, Zillow, or on For Sale By Owner websites. This does not work for us at all. We deal with savvy buyers, and all they have to do is Google the property, and they will see a different price.

4. We should have the right to post the property on our websites or anywhere else online.
