I have a huge list of local, national, and international buyers who may be interested in the type of property that you have under contract. Therefore, if you are looking to potentially flip a propert very quickly, let's partner up and do some deals together. I usually take 40% or less depending on the deal. Here's what I'm looking for:
1. You must be the one who has the property under contract. No Daisy Chains Please.
2. You must be willing to add me/or my company as a buyer on/to the original contract. It is very easy to do. If I do not have equitable interested in a property, I will not market it to anyone.
3. There must be no liens on the property. (we may work with some that have liens)
4. The property cannot be going for less elsewhere like MLS, Zillow, or anywhere. There are some who promote properties that are listed for less on MLS, Zillow, or by the owner. Seriously! All a wise buyer has to do is Google the property and see a different price.
